Boot Week - 5 Alive - Matthew Davis

I know a lot of people named Matt/Matthew. Maybe its because we have the same name, or maybe its because its a common name....not sure. Matt McConaughey, Matthew Leblanc, Matt Damon....just a few of the Matts that I've kicked a few back with and reminisced about life with.

But this is Matthew Davis, or Matt Davis....DICE Matt Davis? nope.
COMUNE Matt Davis. yes. the most handsome matt, Matt Davis, yep. I'm gonna get rid of this miniature sportster and get an FXR and tear up the west cost Matt Davis, yessirree.

Model: Red Wing 875

"I bought these boots brand new about 2 years ago and they have been amazing.
Out of the box they were so stiff and a bit uncomfortable but after they break in they fit like a glove.
A little trick a good friend of mine taught me is to lace them up and tight as you can and step into a big bucket of water filled to your shins. Sock your boots this way for about 15 minutes and then remove from the water. Leave these on for another 15 minutes and this will help them break in and mold to your feet better."

"These boots have been everywhere with me and have more frequent flyer miles than most of you reading this post."

"A couple call outs on these boots is the shift lever wear on the left boot and the exhaust burns on the right heel. I ride in these boots almost every day so they see alot wear from my motorcycle as well."

"I am about due for a re-sole and will probably get the leather cleaned and conditioned while I am at it.
Definitely a fan of Red Wing and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great boot that will last you a long time."

yep, more Red Wing love.
