non vintage full face

I've been thinking very seriously about one of these. Probably remove the visor (peak), so it still has the dirt moto-esque jaw saver, but also can have the flip down face shield without trying to rip my head off over 70mph....

safety is radical. too many people go down. It's inevitable.

Matt, I just got one of these about a month ago. Super light, comfy, low wind noise, and the visor is so well designed that 100 mph is not a problem with it. Get one!

I'm thinking about buying this helmet to, but its very expensive. Have you thought about the shoei hornet ds or de uvex enduro? they look pretty good as well but are less expensive. And if your in the states mabye that enduro helmet from Icon...?

Slovy, if it makes Rob look good, then it must be great! Bjorn, I'm definitely looking into a few of those as well. I just want to make the right purchase once. which is tough.

i dig it, but would buy it in black. i bought an icon alliance, actually hella comfy and i don't look like i should be riding a crotch rocket. by the way, the boot column is dope, nice work.

i've been wanting one of these for years, but could never justify the price even and dealer cost. this year might be the year though...

the brim isn't removable on the icon and all the fucking venting is obnoxious looking.

Hey, I dont know if you have ordered a Arai helmet. But I just ordered a Shoei Hornet ds. When i get it ill let you know how it is.

I still haven't dropped in yet. Also thinking about just getting a motocross helmet instead. Bjorn, let me know how that hornet is once you get it.

Alright I have my Hornet for about 2 weeks now and I really like it. Few things to say about it so far. It is really comfortable, the earpieces nice and dont press on your ears. I haven't tested it in the rain yet because its summer at the moment here in the Netherlands. The spoiler is nice for blocking the sun, but it has a downside. If you go over 130 kmh it wants to go up. Since my honda shadow 600 is not a race bike its fine. But if you do some serious high speed riding for a long time i would really look for a different helmet. The build quality is pretty good, there are enough venting options for hot summer days. And i think is looks great! Hope you found this useful.
